You can reschedule your experience day anytime up until two weeks before you are due to arrive. You can do this by getting in touch with us on our contact page. If you wish to reschedule within the two weeks, there will be a charge of £90 which is payable on the day of your experience.

We hope you don’t but if you wish to cancel your experience day you will lose 50% of the booking cost. To do this you would need to get in touch with us on our contact page. 

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, however, you can re-gift them.
